Join Kyneton District Health and Dementia Australia as we explore how a person with dementia perceives and experiences their environment. Families will be provided with practical and inexpensive ideas of how to make the home life easier for a person living with dementia.

Learning Outcomes:
- Revisit “What is dementia?”
- Explore how dementia can change the way a person hears, sees and makes sense of the world around them.
- Recognise some things at home that make it difficult for a person with dementia to cope with their home environment.
- Identify some things you may be able to change to help the person live well at home.
Suitable for: Family carers who have some understanding of dementia.
