Are you passionate about your local community and keen to help shape health and wellbeing services in our region? We are currently recruiting Consumer Representative volunteers to join Kyneton District Health’s Consumer and Community Advisory Committee (CACAC).

CACAC meet four times a year, usually on a Monday over lunch. CACAC volunteers represent the consumer in health policy, planning and service decisions at Kyneton District Health. You will help us understand how consumers feel or think about certain health issues and bring to our attention any relevant issues affecting consumers in the region. You will be a KDH Champion, promoting the hospital to the community and emphasising the effect the Consumer and Community Advisory Committee has on consumer health decision-making at Kyneton District Health.

CACAC volunteers are vital to our organization’s success, advocating on behalf of the consumer and helping us to continue to improve.

For more information on the role, download the Consumer Representative role description.

To apply, please complete the KDH Volunteer Form.

To discuss the Community Representative role in more detail, call Karen Laing or 5422 9900 or email klaing@kynetonhealth.org.au.

Please submit your expression of interest by Friday 14th September 2018.
