1. Implement KDH Strategic Quality Framework and Plan with a focus on NSQHS Standard 2: Partnering with Consumers - embedding partnerships in health care.
2. Design and roll-out campaign to raise staff awareness of the importance of understanding the patient's experience of our services.
3. Review patient and consumer feedback to identify themes and improvement opportunities.
