CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Ms Jennifer Gale
RN Division, Masters of Science, Health Policy and Management

Jennifer commenced as Chief Executive in June 2005.  Previous experience includes Chief Executive Officer in similar sized rural hospitals in NSW, Executive Director Women's Health Queensland Wide and most recently Director of Nurisng / Site Manager Sunshine Hospital, Divisional Director Women's and Children's Services Western Health, Melbourne.



DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Tracey Hynes

Tracey joined KDHS in Decmeber, 2005 as an Associate Charge Nurse, before moving into the co-ordianting role for the Falls Prevention and Rural Maternity Initiative projects in September 2006.  Tracey commenced her current position as Director of Nursing on 21st May, 2007.

Tracey has extensive clinical experience in midwifery and neontal nursing.  Tracey is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Health Service Administration.  Other areas of education include strategic and business planning.

Tracey's role includes Human Resource Management, Equal Opportunity Officer and Complaints Liaison Officer.

 

DIRECTOR OF MEDICAL SERVCIES
Dr Tim Stobie

Tim commenced the full-time role of Director of Medical Services, encompassing clinical roles within the hospital, managing obstetric, general medical and surgical patients, as well as his General Practitioner role in the newly established Macedon Ranges Primary Care Clinic, co-located with the hospital. 

Tim also is involved in Internal Audit and Quality for Kyneton District Health Service.  He has worked in general practice in the Macedon Ranges for the last 5 years, after completing obstetric training in Melbourne.

 

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
Mr Chris Plowman 

Chris commenced at KDHS in March 2008 and has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).  Chris has a background in the health industry, having spent nearly 5 years with Western Health at Sunshine, his last position as Senior Business Analyst .  

Chris oversees the hospital's accounting and finance department, along with information technology.
